NED Exclusive Weave Carbon Paddles

For BMW E, F and G chassis.

These are bolt-on, plug and play paddles suited to your chassis and year.

FEATURES:

  • Crafted with double-sided gloss 2x2 twill carbon fiber, using CNC technology
  • Features chamfered edges for an engaging, high-end look and feel
  • Creates tactile-feeling shifts which release a satisfying 'click' sound
  • All-metal adapter construction
  • Highly durable - our carbon is industry-standard 3mm thick, and bolts directly to our all-metal adapters creating a rigid, trustworthy experience.

Adapter installation requires removal of the airbag, at which point our adapters will directly swap in place of the stock adapters. Please see this guide.

If you already have magnetic adapters, our paddles may fit without the need to purchase new adapters. Please contact us here for confirmation, or message us on Instagram.

Quick, simple installation.

  • Remove Airbag

    Airbag removal will vary slightly per chassis, but generally involves accessing two tabs through the back of your steering wheel.

  • Remove Stock Adapters

    Disconnect each stock adapter, and unscrew the bolt holding each to the steering wheel. Now you're ready to swap!

  • Drop-In Replacement

    Reverse the process from here, using your newly provided hardware. Reinstall our adapters and connect the plugs to the stock locations.

  • Replace Airbag, Enjoy!

    Reconnect airbag connectors, snap it back into place, and go for a test drive! You've successfully installed our drop-in adapters.

Yes! While other suppliers have skipped support for these vehicles, Northeast Dynamics has developed an in-house solution to ensure that these vehicles are fully supported.

As such, we collect some required information on your vehicle at purchase to ensure you're matched to the correct hardware.

Highly durable, and thoroughly tested.

Due to our 3mm thick carbon and all-metal adapters, customers can be rest-assured that these will never break under any driving conditions. We understand the importance of being able to shift when you need to - so we've ensured this is the most robust design possible to retain longevity and functionality.

Initial installation should not take more than 30 minutes - 1 hour. It depends on your airbag - removing it can be the most tedious part involved, but if it has been done before or you have experience doing so, installation can take as little as 15 minutes. Please ensure the battery is disconnected before airbag removal and reinstallation.

After the adapters are installed, different paddles can be swapped on without removal of the airbag by simply removing the screws from the back and reinstalling them with a new paddle. This process only takes a few minutes.

You do not need any technical experience for this installation, and it can be done by anyone.

Yes. Our clearcoat not only produces a stunning, full-gloss finish on the front and back, but it additionally blocks harmful UV rays from producing any yellowing or deterioration of the carbon.

To stand behind this, if you ever notice any issues, we are happy to replace the complete set of paddles through our lifetime warranty.
